Mild Stripping Buffer, 500ml. This stipping buffer is designed to remove anitibody that binds to antigen mildly.20ml of stripping buffer is recommended for each time. Incubate the membrane in 20ml or more of stripping buffer for 2x25 min. at RT, wash the membrane with PBS or TBS for 3x5 min.. After the stripping procedure, block the membrane and proceed with detection by using a new primary antibody.
