Harsh Western Blot Stripping Solution, 500ml. This stripping solution is designed to remove the antibody that binds to antigen tightly. 20ml solution is recommended for each time. Incubate the membrane in the soltion for 5 min. at RT. Wash the membrane with PBS or TBS 2x 5 min. After stripping procedure, block the membrane and proceed to incubate with a new primary antibody.
