PD-L1 Neutralizing Antibody

Description: Neutralizing recombinant human antibody
(clone 1B8, IgG1 subclass) recognizing the
PD-L1 binding region of human PD-1,
expressed in a 293 freestyle cell expression
system. MW = 50 kDa and 25 kDa for the
heavy and light chain portions, respectively.

Application: Useful as a control inhibitor of PD-1 binding using the PD-1:PD-L1[Biotinylated] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit, BPS Bioscience,
Catalog #72003.

Formulated in: 40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0,
110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20%
glycerol.

Stability: >6 months at –80°C
