Pre-made Lentiviral particle for human Sox2 gene (sequence verified), driven by tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A Blasticidin-RFP fusion marker was expressed under RSV promoter. It can be used for constitutive high expression, or as tetracycline inducible expression only when a repressor regulator protein (tetR) is present.
