RFP Control Lentivirus, 1 vial

Pre-made RFP control lentivial particles expressing codon optimized RFP under suCMV promoter. A blasticidin gene under PGK promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells.

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create RFP expression stable cell line (via Blasticidin selection);
3. others;

Amount: 1 x 10⁸ IFU/ml x 200ul in DMEM medium with 10% FBS, 60ug/ml polybrene.
