High performance master mixes for real-time PCR, for 500 reactions. The Convenient Master mix format with fluorecent dye and ROX dye includes Hot start PCR enzyme. Stable formulation qPCR master mixes are for performing quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). 2x qPCR are supplied as complete 2x master mixes. Simply dilute the master mix and add gene specific primers and template for reaction setup. This format minimizes pipetting, thus saving time and eliminating opportunities for contamination. The 1X MgCl2 concentration is 5 mM.
