Blue Hotstart Supermix-96-well

BioPioneer Blue "hot-start" Supermix is premixed in a breakable 96-well PCR plate. It is suitable for high thoroughput application. Antibody based hotstart is derived from recombinant Taq DNA polymerase by binding of a thermolabile inhibitor containing monoclonal antibodies to Taq DNA polymerase. During the initial denaturation step of PCR, the antibody is released and active Taq DNA polymerase is released into the reaction.

Blue Hotstart PCR SuperMix is a PCR master mix containing hotstart Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, premixed loading buffer, magnesium and salts. The blue tracking buffer will not inhibit your PCR performance. After PCR cycling, simply load your PCR product directly onto an agarose gel.
